Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Handle minor plumbing,electrical, carpentry, drywall, and fixture repairs within applicable legal requirements.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Use tools safely and maintain quality workmanship.
• Follow job-site safety procedures and communicate with the team.

Requirements

• Previous handyman or maintenance experience.
• Must have own tools and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious.
• Appropriate licenses or certifications for regulated work.

Compensation and Payment

• Weekly pay of $2,000–$4,000, depending on experience and assigned work.
• Payments processed within 48–72 hours according to agreed payment terms.
• Full-time or contractual work arrangements.
